潞宁矿区松软特厚煤巷锚杆支护技术研究与实践

Anchored Bolt Supporting Technology for Coal Roadway in Soft and Extremely-thick Coal-seam and Its Practice in Luning Mining Area

  • 摘要: 为了解决潞宁矿区松软特厚煤层巷道锚杆支护技术难题,针对5号煤层特厚、酥软、易碎的特征,分析了地质力学参数测试结果,模拟研究了锚杆支护系统核心参数锚固长度、预应力及预应力扩散对锚杆支护效果的影响,进行了煤岩体锚固性能现场试验,结合试验结果,提出采用高预应力锚杆锚索组合支护系统控制围岩变形,优化了支护系统结构,进行应用实践,形成了有效的控制技术体系,为潞宁矿区该类型巷道维护提供关键依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve difficult problem of anchored bolt supporting soft and extremely-thick coal-seam in Lu’ning Mining Area,geo-mechanical parameters were tested and the influence of key parameters of anchored bolt supporting including anchored length,prestress and its diffusion on supporting effect was simulated.Anchored property of coal and rock body was tested on the site.Based on this,anchored bolt and cable supporting system with high pre-stress was put forward to control surrounding rock deformation and supporting system structure was optimized.Actual application showed that this system could effectively control deformation and provide key reference for this style roadway in Lu’ ning Mining Area.
