煤层气井见气时间预测方法及其应用

Method of Predicting Methane Emerging Time in Coal-bed Methane Shaft and Its Application

  • 摘要: 结合前人研究成果,根据煤层气井排采理论与实践,建立了预测见气时间(即启抽后至观测到套压所用时间)的理论模型,并通过收集鄂尔多斯东缘延川南区块煤层气井生产资料,统计了见气时间、见气前平均日产水量、累计产水量、解吸压力、初始井底流压、举升指数(冲程冲次或转速)等数据,进行了参数耦合分析。研究发现,见气时间与见气前平均日产水量、累计产水量以及举升指数呈正相关,与初始井底流压与解吸压力之差存在二次多项式规律,据此得到了见气时间预测的统计模型。最后,运用理论模型与统计模型得出了见气时间预测表达式,在实际应用中误差较小,对煤层气井见气时间的有效预测具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Combing former research results,this paper set up theoretical model of predicting methane emerging time with CBM shaft drainage theory.By collecting CBM data from Yanchuan North Zone at the east of Erdos,various indices including methane emerging time,average water yield per day,accumulated water yield,desorption pressure,initial shaft-bottom flowing pressure and lifting index were made coupling analysis.Result showed that emerging time was positively related to average water yield,accumulated water yield and lifting index,and present quadratic polynomial rule with difference between initial shaft-bottom flowing pressure and desorption pressure.Thus,statistics model of methane emerging time was obtained.Prediction expression of methane emerging time was present by applying theoretical model and statistics model whose error was minor in application.
