煤矿绩效考核体系构建及系统实现

Performance Assessment System Construction of Coal Mine and Realization

  • 摘要: 以同煤集团铁峰煤业公司信息化建设为背景,论述了其绩效考核存在的问题,分析了绩效考核信息系统的建设流程,并以关键绩效指标法(KPI)和层次分析法(AHP)为理论指导,构建了煤炭企业绩效考核指标体系并确定其权重,运用信息技术手段开发浏览器/服务器(B/S)架构的煤矿绩效考核信息系统。实践证明,该系统上线提高了绩效考核工作的效率和科学性,具有一定的推广价值。

     

    Abstract: Taking information construction of Tiefeng Coal Corporation,Datong Coal Group as background,this paper analyzed the existing problems and construction process of performance assessment system.By applying KPI and AHP theory,it set up performance assessment index system of coal mine and present index weights.Performance assessment information system based on Brower / Server framework was built up.Practice showed that this system improved efficiency and scientificity of performance assessment and had some promotional value.
