Abstract: Applying simple hydrographic survey and empirical formula,broken height of overlying strata and mining upper limit was obtained by analyzing hydrogeology condition and structure type of overlying strata in Longma Colliery.Influence of gob seeper on mining under Zhuzi river was analyzed and feasibility of mining under Zhuzi river was discussed on the basis of this.
