深井全煤巷道反底拱支护优化数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulation of Bottom Arch Supporting Coal Roadway in Deep Mine

  • 摘要: 针对陕西彬长集团公司胡家河煤矿井底水仓全煤巷道支护难题,采用数值模拟方法分析了原有初期支护方式存在的问题,提出了增加反底拱控制的综合支护方案并进行优化设计。模拟结果表明:通过增强顶板、两帮支护强度和反拱控底可以有效提高整体支护承载结构强度,巷道围岩塑性区明显减少,剧烈底鼓变形和顶部下沉得到显著改善。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve difficult problem of supporting coal minesump roadway in Hujiahe Colliery of Shanxi Bingchang Group,numerical simulation method was applied to analyzing problems in original supporting design and bottom arch supporting was put forward.Numerical results showed that strength of whole bearing structure could be improved effectively with bottom arch and by strengthening roof and sides supporting strength,plastic zone of surrounding rock reduced largely,severe floor heave deformation and roof subsidence was controlled obviously.
