房柱式采空区上部煤层上行开采可行性分析

Feasibility of Coal Mining over Gob Room-and-pillar Mining

  • 摘要: 韩桥湾煤矿二盘区下部2-2煤层厚度大,开采条件优越,先行采用房柱式开采完毕,使其上部1-2煤层不能按正常顺序开采。根据两煤层赋存条件(煤层厚度、层间距、层间岩性等),采用垮落开采的比值法、"三带"判别法、围岩平衡法以及上、下煤层开采的时间间隔,分析论证了1-2煤层上行开采的可行性,确认二盘区上行开采1-2煤层技术上是可行的,由此可解放上方呆滞煤量,延长矿井寿命,提高经济效益,具有重要现实意义。

     

    Abstract: 2-2 coal-seam of 2nd panel in Hanjiawan Colliery is thick and was mined by room-and-pillar mining method,so 1-2 coal-seam could not be mined with normal sequence.Feasibility of upward mining 1-2 coal-seam was made by ratio method of caving roof method,"3-zone"discriminance,surrounding rock equilibrium method and time interval of mining upper and lower seam.Result showed that upward mining 1-2 coal-seam is feasible.It had important realistic meaning for mining coal,prolonging mine life and improving economic profit.
