Abstract: This paper analyzed geostress data by hydrofracture method from 200 survey stations in China.Geostress field of typical mining areas in China was researched on the basis of this.Characteristic of tectonic stress field and the rule that ratio of horizontal principal stress to vertical principal stress varied with mining deep was obtained by statistic results.The result could provide important reference for mining practice.
