地表沉陷初期漏风对采空区遗煤自燃影响的分析和治理措施

Influence of Air-leakage on Coal Spontaneous Combustion in Gob and Prevention Measures at Initial Stage of Surface Subsidence

  • 摘要: 煤层开采引起的地表沉陷能够产生与采空区贯通的裂缝,导致地面向采空区漏风,会引发采空区遗煤自燃。根据元堡煤矿9号煤层埋深浅、采用综采放顶煤技术、易自燃等特点,分析了地表沉陷初期漏风对采空区遗煤自燃的影响,通过对进、回风巷风量对比证实了地表漏风的存在,采取地表填土掩埋裂缝的措施,有效地解决了地表漏风的问题。

     

    Abstract: Surface subsidence induced by coal mining will generate fissures in surrounding rock which may form air-leakage passageway from surface to underground gob and result in spontaneous combustion of discarded coal in gob.In order to solve the problem of coal spontaneous combustion under full-mechanized mining condition,influence of air-leakage on coal spontaneous combustion in gob at initial stage of surface subsidence was analyzed.Comparison of air-inlet flow and air-return flow proved air-leakage from surface.Applying backfilling the fissures with surface earth effectively solved air-leakage problem.
