半煤岩回采巷道围岩稳定性及控制的数值分析

Numerical Simulation of Anchored Rope Supporting in Half-coal and Half-rock Roadway

  • 摘要: 针对袁庄煤矿Ⅳ622工作面的半煤岩回采巷道,为有效控制回采巷道围岩的稳定,以圆形巷道围岩弹塑性变形范围及位移场分布作理论分析,得出除考虑反映岩石自身强度等因素外,如何提高支护阻力Pi是控制巷道围岩稳定的关键;按实际地质条件建立数值计算模型,数值分析无支护状态和锚网支护及对支护承载结构进行结构补偿后半煤岩回采巷道的弹塑性变形范围及位移场分布特征,提出合理围岩控制方案。对半煤岩回采巷道围岩稳定性分析及围岩控制中合理的结构补偿位置分析具有重要指导意义。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively control the stability of half-coal and half-rock roadway in Ⅳ622 mining face of Yuanzhuang Colliery, applying elastic-plastic theory of round roadway, the result was obtained that for controlling roadway stability, except for rock strength, how to improve supporting resistance was a key problem. Elastic-plastic deformation zone and displacement field distribution under the condition of no-supporting, anchored-mesh supporting and structure-compensation supporting were analyzed by numerical model based on actual geological condition. On the basis of this, rational surrounding rock control project was present. It is very important that analyzing surrounding rock stability of half-coal and half-rock roadway and analyzing rational position of structure-compensation in surrounding rock control for this kind of roadway.
