支护阻力作用下综放开采顶板结构稳定性分析及应用

Stability Analysis and Application of Roof Structure in Full-mechanized Caving Mining Face

  • 摘要: 基于综放开采顶板“悬臂梁-铰接岩梁”结构模型,考虑采场支架的作用力,对基本顶“铰接岩梁”的关键块进行受力分析。通过分析,完善了关键块S-R稳定条件。基于关键块失稳的必然性,以控制两种失稳中对工作面威胁最大的滑落失稳为原则,提出了综放开采支架工作阻力的确定方法。最后依此方法对塔山8105工作面支架进行了选型。现场工业性试验表明:所选架型运行合理,利用率高,对工作面顶板条件适应性较好。

     

    Abstract: Taking acting force of powered support into account, key block of“cantilever-articulated beam”in roof was analyzed on the basis of " cantilever-articulated beam" structure model. S-R stability conditions of key block were perfected. In order to control sliding instability whose influence on mining face safety was more seriously than rotation instability, working resistance design method was put forward for top-coal caving powered support. Applying this method, a powered support was selected for 8105 mining face of Tashan Colliery. Actual application showed that this powered support adapted its roof condition in a better way.
