浅谈薄煤层开采技术现状与发展趋势
Discussion on Status and Development Tendency of Thin Coal-seam Mining

摘要: 我国薄与极薄煤层资源丰富,在已探明矿区中,84.2%的矿区均有薄煤层分布,资源量约67Gt。近年来,开采强度不断加大,部分矿井厚及中厚煤层的储量日趋减少,为保证矿井生产能力的均衡,延长矿井服务年限,提高资源采出率,薄煤层高效开采已成为当前急需解决的关键问题。阐述了国内炮采、普采与综合机械化开采薄煤层方式的优缺点,着重介绍了"十一五"期间,滚筒采煤机、刨煤机、螺旋钻机3种薄煤层综合机械化开采的新进展,提出了"十二五"期间薄煤层开采的发展方向与应加大几个方面关键技术的攻关力度。Abstract: Chinese thin and extremely-thin coal-seam resource is rich.It distributes in 84.2% of proven mining areas and its amount riches 67Gt.In recent years,thick and medium-thick coal reserves are decreasing in some mines with mining intensity increasing.In order to ensure balancing mining ability,prolonging mine service age and improving resources mining ratio,high-efficient thin coal-seam mining has become a key urgent problem at present.This paper discussed merits and demerits of thin coal-seam mining methods including blasting mining,conventional-mechanized mining and full-mechanized mining.It mainly introduced new development of thin coal-seam mechanized mining equipments including drum shearer,plough and twist drill in the 11th Five-year Period.It also put forward development tendency of thin coal-seam mining and several urgent and key technologies needed to be developed in the 12th Five-year Period.
