煤炭地下气化过程中覆岩应力场的数值研究

摘要: 采用热弹塑性模型,运用有限元软件,对煤炭地下气化的整个过程进行模拟,得出了煤炭地下气化过程中覆岩应力场分布图和塑性区分布图。结果表明:在煤层燃空区上方存在有拱式结构,拱内为冒落裂缝带;随着工作面推进,在煤壁前后方出现了应力集中,且应力集中范围不断扩大,应力峰值也不断增大;随着工作面推进,上覆岩体中塑性区范围不断扩大,当塑性区贯通时,上覆岩体将发生整体坍塌,有可能波及到地表的移动和沉陷。Abstract: Applying thermo-elastic-plastic model and finite element software,this paper simulated underground gasification of coal.Stress field distribution and plastic area distribution of overlying strata was obtained in gasification.Results showed that there was arch structure over gob and inside of the arch was caving and fissure zone.With the face advanced,stress concentration occurred before and after the coal wall and stress concentration range extended increasingly,stress summit increased as well,plastic area of overlying strata extended and when plastic area connected with each other,overlying strata would cave wholly and this might reached surface.
