高压耐磨双金属复合冶金楔齿滚刀的研制

摘要: 通过对煤矿竖井钻机破岩楔齿滚刀失效原因分析及滚刀刀壳铸造工艺的改进,研发了双金属复合冶金楔齿滚刀,在保证刀齿耐磨性能的同时,降低了刀壳的加工成本。另外,对现有破岩滚刀密封结构的改进设计,满足了楔齿滚刀深井钻井作业8~10MPa耐高压的密封性能要求。新型的密封结构与铸造工艺延长了楔齿滚刀使用寿命,为钻井法的发展与应用提供了更为广泛的空间。Abstract: Double-metal wedge hob was developed by analyzing invalidation cause of wedge hob in shaft borer for mine and improving molten technique of hob shell.Machining cost of hob shell was reduced without decreasing its wear quality.In addition,improvement design of current hob pressurization structure met pressurization requirement of 8~10MPa in deep mine drilling.New-style pressurization structure and molten technique prolonged hob’s service life and provided wider space for development and application of shaft drilling method.
