Dynamic Analysis of Double-telescopic Prop against Shocking in Powered Support

摘要: 分析液压支架立柱外载特征,提出了抗冲击双伸缩立柱结构和原理,建立了双级伸缩立柱冲击力学模型,分析了影响立柱抗冲击性能的因素;进行双伸缩立柱底阀动态分析和设计,解析双伸缩立柱"爬行"现象,给出了避免"爬行"应采取的措施。Abstract: This paper analyzed prop’s external load characteristic of powered support and presented the structure and principle of double-telescopic prop against shocking.A shocking mechanics model of double-telescopic prop was set up to analyze influence factors of prop’s anti-shocking property.It also made dynamic analysis and design for bottom valve of double-telescopic prop,and analyzed "crawl"phenomenon of double-telescopic prop.Measures for avoiding "crawl" were presented.
