自移式机械化柔性掩护支架可行性研究
Feasibility Research on Auto-moving Flexible Shield Support

摘要: 针对伪斜柔性掩护支架采煤方法存在支架结构固定,对煤层产状变化的适应性差,以及工作面上下端头安装、拆除支架工序繁杂、辅助工作量大等缺点,研究设计了自移式机械化柔性掩护支架,实现了柔性掩护支架的宽度可调以及平行于工作面走向自移功能,大大减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作面机械化水平。Abstract: Several shortcomings lie in pseudo-slant flexible shield support including fixed support structure,bad suitability for coal occurrence,complex installation and un-installation at head and end of mining face.Auto-moving flexible support was researched and designed to realize adjustable support width and auto-moving function along strike of face,which reduced largely labor intensity of workers and improved mechanized degree of mining face.
