Abstract: According to observation data of underground pressure from 4305 full-mechanized mining face with thick coal seam in Xuchang Colliery,this paper analyzed setting load,working resistance and resistance increasing of support mapped average pressure variation curves of supports during mining proceeding.Underground pressure rules of full-mechanized mining full height thick coal seam were obtained and these provide direction for coal mining.
