Abstract: The paper introduces the history of mechanized mining in China and the operation effect of the cooperation of Binxian Xiagou coalmine and Research Institute to transform the traditional industry by high-technology.The paper points out that technical transformation is a system engineering.It is necessary for a concrete technical transformation to be supported by technical manpower,material resources,accidence control mechanism and sincerity to achieve good operation effect.
