Abstract: Aimed to the present situation of coal mine safety management, author expounded how to apply the computer net technology （saving, inquiring, transmitting, analyzing and publishing safety information） to find the hidden accident and the dynamical process to deal with accident on time, to monitor the production course and circumstances, and to normal the action of operators and managers in order to achieve the aim of safety production.
