Abstract: This paper expounds that the only possible way to establish the high efficiency and high productivity mine is deeply analyzing the geological information, correctly determining the mine capacity, reasonably centralizing the production, driving more coal roadway than rock roadway, adopting new technology and new equipment in accordance with the actual nation situation, constantly enhancing the qualities of designers and improving the means of designs
