急倾斜中厚煤层长壁后退台阶采煤法

Longwall with staggered sections in deeply inclined coal seam with medium thickness

  • 摘要: 在急倾斜中厚煤层开采中,将长壁后退回采工作面施工成倒台阶状,按长壁采煤工艺正常开帮回采,即长壁后退台阶采煤法。每个台阶倾斜长25~30m,成正伪斜6~8°布置,工作面设置防矸木带、挡煤板,以防止采后矸石冲击支柱和煤炭窜入采空区,采用煤矸砼墙护巷。针对上巷集中应力,采取加强巷内支护、采后卸载与调整台阶尺寸(上长下短)等措施,保证上巷行人和运输安全。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a new method in mining deeply inclined coal seam with medium thickness.A retreating longwall is divided into several sections which stagger each other in sequence.Each section is 25~30m long and orientated 6°~8°to dip·Wooden plates are installed in the longwall face to prevent the rolling rock from damaging the props and to top coal lumps roll down hill into the gob.Side packing is used to maintain the gate-entries. In view of stress concentration around the upper gate-entries.precautions including secondary support stress relier, and adjusting the length of the staggered sections (increase the length of the upper sections) have been taken to assure safety in personnel travelling and material delivery.
